Sleep, it’s one of the most basic things in the world, yet it can make such a big different to our lives. When we get enough we feel powerful, clear headed and ready to take on the world. Then when we don’t? Let’s face it, coffee is a poor substitute and you can’t look good if you don’t feel good.

To celebrate the launch of our AW17 Luxury Pyjamas, we’ve teamed up with NEOM Organics to create the ultimate sleep package. Head over to our Instagram page for a chance to win a pair of our Celeste Pyjama sets and the Neom Perfect Night's Sleep Range!

Earlier this month we caught up with Neom Organics founder Nicola Elliott to hear her top tips on achieving a relaxing night in.

Describe your perfect night in – I love a cosy night in and it has to involve good food, a glass (or two) of wine, a great book, my husband and 2 kids

Home-cooked meal or a takeaway? – Home-cooked

Red wine or Chamomile tea? – Actually Rose wine, and then a Chamomile tea just before bed!

Netflix or good conversation? – Good conversation

What scent helps you to instantly relax? – There’s nothing more relaxing than the smell of Lavender and Jasmine. Both our Real Luxury (De-stress) and Tranquillity (Sleep) fragrances are blended with these. I’ll often light a Real Luxury candle as soon as I get in from work to help me feel calm after a hectic day. Often, after the kids have gone to bed, I’ll take a bath with the Scent to Sleep Bath and Shower Drops which helps to prepare me for a perfect night’s sleep. Tip – this is a perfect place to practice mindful breathing if you’re in need of relaxation…in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds

Are you a pyjama or nightie girl? – Pyjama

What print are you drawn to... Celestial
